Personal data protection RGPD
Current regulations on the protection of personal data, Law no. 178-17 relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978 as amended and General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD) no. (EU)2016/679 of April 7, 2016 define the conditions under which personal data may be processed and impose a use of personal data that is responsible, relevant and limited to the strict needs of our company.
The protection of personal data is a major concern for IC AUTOMATION in the context of its activities. As such, we process this personal data in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation RGPD.
In order to process your requests for quotations and to fulfill your purchase orders, we collect personal data which will be recorded: identity (surname, first name), position, telephone, e-mail address, company, postal addresses, business sector.
This data is collected either when you request a quote by e-mail or telephone, by filling in our quote request forms on our website, or from public sources, such as the Trade and Companies Register, credit agencies, telephone directories, websites, etc.
Postal addresses, identity data and telephone numbers may be passed on to the transport companies we work with to carry out your purchase orders, and to our external subcontractors responsible for maintaining our computer network.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, limit the processing of, delete and port your data, which you may exercise by e-mail or by post to the following address:
